INTRODUCTION
 
The Whitehall Partnership Limited ("TWP") is a private company limited by shares, in other words it’s a separate legal entity from its directors, shareholders and employees.  It also falls within the definition of an SME (small to medium-sized enterprise) and is authorised by the FCA to provide financial advice to private individuals, families, trustees and companies.

 

The firm was incorporated on 7th March 2001 and its certificate of incorporation can be found here

 

Because TWP has turnover of less than £632,000, a balance sheet total of less than £315,000, and not more than 10 employees, it qualifies as a micro-entity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.

 

Its accounting reference period runs from 1st January to 31st December and it’s governed by a board of one Executive Director.
